As founder of The Pointe, Ray Hardee is an author, an educator and now serves as our Lead Pastor & Cultural Architect. He holds a bachelor’s degree in pre-law from Gardner-Webb University where he also served as Dean of Admissions and Enrollment Management, and taught for the past decade. He also holds a master’s in Human Development & Learning with an emphasis in counseling along with additional divinity studies at GWU, Regent’s Park College of Oxford University, and Harvard University. Pastor Ray is married to his college sweetheart, Andrea. They have three children, Anna, Alex, and Abigail, and five grandchildren, Ella, Easton, Blake, Emma and Colton.
He likes to say, “I want to make a difference with people who want to make a difference, doing something that makes a difference at a time that makes a difference.”
